Terms of Service

VigorX Energy ("VigorX," "we," "us," or "our") is a company operating in Cameroon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the VigorX member and affiliate programme, whether you are joining from Cameroon, elsewhere in Africa, Europe, North America, or anywhere else. By registering as a member, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not register as a member.

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

Creating a member account, clicking any registration confirmation, or using your referral link to promote VigorX products all count as acceptance of these Terms. These Terms exist alongside our general website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which also apply to you.

2. Who Can Join

Our programme is built primarily for members based in Cameroon, and Cameroon remains our main market. We also welcome members from other African countries, Europe, North America, and elsewhere, provided you can lawfully receive payments and resell products under the laws of your own country. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a member. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. Becoming A Member

To join, you complete our registration form and provide accurate, current information about yourself. You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your username and password, secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. VigorX may approve, decline, or request additional information before activating a new member account, and may ask you to verify your identity before releasing a payout.

4. Your Relationship With VigorX

As a member, you operate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner, or agent of VigorX. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, a partnership, or a joint venture between you and VigorX. You are responsible for your own taxes and any local business registration your own country requires for the income you earn through this programme.

5. How The Programme Works

As a member, you may purchase VigorX products at member pricing and resell them at retail price, keeping the difference. You may also refer other people to become members, and earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your referral link, as described on our Business Opportunity page. 6. Payments And Payouts

Commissions and earnings are tracked through your member account. 7. Product Purchases And Returns

All product purchases made through your member account are subject to our standard pricing, shipping, and return policies at the time of purchase. 8. Health And Product Disclaimer

VigorX products are herbal supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. As a member, you must not make medical claims about our products beyond what VigorX itself states in official product descriptions. Customers should be encouraged to consult a doctor before use, particularly if they are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

9. Your Responsibilities As A Member

When representing VigorX, you agree to:

• Describe our products honestly, without making medical claims we have not made ourselves.
• Avoid misleading anyone about expected earnings, this programme rewards real effort, not guaranteed income.
• Follow the advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws of the country you are promoting in.
• Never impersonate VigorX staff or claim authority you do not have.
• Keep any customer or referral information you come across private and secure.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use spam, false claims, or misleading advertising to promote VigorX. You may not create multiple accounts to inflate your own referrals or commissions, or refer yourself under a different identity. Any attempt to manipulate the referral or commission system may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the programme.

11. Intellectual Property

VigorX product names, logos, images, and marketing materials remain the property of VigorX. As a member, you may use approved marketing materials to promote VigorX products, but you may not alter our logo, claim ownership of our brand, or use our materials in a way that could mislead customers. This licence to use our materials ends immediately if your membership is terminated.

12. Privacy And Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information, and the information of anyone you refer, in line with our Privacy Policy. Where our members or customers are located in regions with their own data protection laws, such as the GDPR in Europe, we aim to handle that data in a way that respects those requirements. You must not misuse, sell, or share any personal data you gain access to through the programme.

13. Indemnification

You agree to cover VigorX for any loss, claim, or expense arising from your own breach of these Terms, misuse of our marketing materials, false claims you make about our products, or your violation of any law while participating in the programme.

14. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The member programme is provided as described, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular level of earnings will be achieved. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances.

15. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VigorX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the programme, including lost income or lost opportunity.

16. Termination

You may close your member account at any time by contacting us. VigorX may suspend or terminate a member account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the VigorX brand or its customers. Where an account is terminated for cause, any pending unpaid commissions connected to the violation may be forfeited.

17. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises between you and VigorX, we ask that you first contact us directly so we can try to resolve it amicably. [FILL IN: whether disputes that cannot be resolved this way go to arbitration, mediation, or directly to the courts named below.]

18. Force Majeure

VigorX is not responsible for a delay or failure to perform any part of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, power or network outages, or other events of a similar nature.

19. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our programme grows. Where a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members. Continued participation in the programme after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining parts continue in full effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any published programme policies, make up the entire agreement between you and VigorX regarding the member programme, and replace any earlier understanding on the subject.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon and, where applicable, the OHADA Uniform Acts. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon, unless local consumer protection law in your own country requires otherwise for your specific claim.
